No AI on Fairshot ranks, filters or scores people. AI may help a company write a brief. The company judges the work with its own checklist.

Nobody can pay to be seen first or to skip the line. Companies can pay to show a quest to more people, and that quest is always labelled.

Everyone starts as a character, so the first look is at the work. Names and faces are shared only when both sides agree to an interview.

Companies promise to reply within a set number of days. Your open slot comes back as soon as they do.
